Millbrae’s schools are a source of community pride. Our district is among the best in the County and State, despite being one of the lowest funded districts in San Mateo County.

 

Millbrae schools rely on Measure A to attract and retain quality teachers, strengthen reading and writing programs and maintain 21st-century academic programs. This source of funding is set to expire in June 2023. Without Measure A, Millbrae schools will be forced to make painful cuts, including potential teacher layoffs and reductions in academic programs.

 

Millbrae — Support Our Students is the grassroots committee of parents, teachers and community members dedicated to protecting this vital source of funding for our schools. We must rely entirely on private contributions for mailers, signs and other campaign costs, which are critical to a successful campaign.
